I have a passion for strength training and have done for many years. While I have been a keen gym goer for around 15 years, my career change to being a PT has taken my training to a whole new level, the benefits of which have been huge. I am much more confident in myself, it is fantastic for stress management, it has improved my overall health and appearance, it has taught me great self-discipline, and it heavily reduces the chance of me getting injured when performing any physical work both in and out of the gym.
