If required, we can discuss at length the changes that you wish to make in terms of weight loss/gain and overall body composition.
Most important of all, at each step of the process, you the client will agree with me your trainer what you are willing to change to get there. That way, you will enjoy the process a lot more than if you were to be forced to make changes too far out your comfort zone, and you will be more likely to stick to the plan, resulting in consistency. This consistency will get you results that will last and that you are happy to live with.
